Penn State, Washington Release Initial Availability Reports — Scranton Sports news

Penn State and Washington could both be without some key offensive pieces during Saturday's clash in Seattle. Nittany Lion pass-catchers Koby Howard and Chase Sowell were listed as questionable and probable, respectively, on Wednesday's conference-mandated availability report, along with starting left tackle Malachi Goodman as probable. Meanwhile, the Huskies categorized starting center Kolt Dietrich and starting right guard Champ Taulealea as questionable, with two other offensive linemen as probable or questionable. However, Penn State's overall availability report was much shorter than the past few weeks, with just nine total players including two who are out for the season. Offensive lineman Will Tompkins, previously announced as out for the season, wasn't included on the report, likely as an accident. Here are the full reports for both squads as of Wednesday night.
