Fire crews responded to Capital City Mall Friday morning after a plugged-in appliance filled the building with smoke, dispatch said.The fire was reported around 6:40 a.m. in the 3600 block of Capital City Mall Drive in Lower Allen Township, according to Cumberland County dispatch.
